Book: Slice of Cherry

The book that I have been reading for a few days now is a book called Slice of Cherry by Dia Reeves. You might not have heard about this book or the author since the author is not famous. Personally, I don’t care about fame or whatever. The genre of the book is realistic-fiction, fantasy and romance. This author also wrote Bleeding Violet. It is awesome. I will do a post about Bleeding Violet later. Now, on to the book.

Slice of Cherry is about two sisters, Fancy and Kit. People are frightened and ashamed of them since they are the Bonesaw’s daughters. Bonesaw was a murderer. However, Bonesaw died years ago. Bonesaw was a killer, and his daughters kill people too, whenever they get angry or annoyed with someone. Fancy and Kit go everywhere together. They don’t care about what other people think of them. One day they went through an invisible door which leads to endless possibilities...

I give this book a 8/10. I really enjoyed reading the book and the story was interesting about Fancy and Kit and what they do everyday and how their personalities change. The only reason that I didn’t like about the book was that there was a little too much swearings in the book. Every chapter, there is at least one swear word in it. I wouldn’t recommend this book to young people. Some people might think that cuss words are sometimes necessary or not, but for me, it all depends on the character's personality. In this story, it is necessary since Kit is a kind of a girl who uses swear words. However, if it is not necessary, then it won't by a good book, because it is not needed.

About me

Heyy~~
I am Hyeon Ju (I know the name is VERY weird and plus you might not be able to pronounce it in one try) and I extremely LOVE books. I am from South Korea (if you know where that is), but I am currently living in Czech Republic. And you have to keep in mind that I am not a fluent English speaker... I started this  blog because there are TONS of book that are wonderful to read. When I read books that I think is fun, I want other people to read it. I love it when I recommend someone a book and they love it as much as I did. Some blogs doesn’t let you do this however, you are allowed to put ANY comment you would like. You can send me e-mails and it could be about anything. You can ask me any questions, can video response and etc. Oh, ya! You can very freely debate with other people about things that is related to READING and BOOKS!!!I have loved books since I was little and I usually read at least one book each day. When I read books, I can’t stop until the book I am reading is done. Since I read at least a book each day, it will be seven books each week and in a month it will be twenty-eight books and in a year it will be... a lot. Reading books has helped me since I was young. When I started reading books, I learned different languages really fast, and I love to be in my own little world of imagination and to build my world forever and ever.

More Information...
What I am going to be doing in this blog is book recommendations and reviews. I will be telling a brief story about the book that I am recommending, rating it out of 10 and explaining why I gave that rating. New recommended books of different genres will come out every week, including history, realistic-fiction, non-fiction, fiction, adventure, mystery, fantasy, biography, etc. Maybe I will review older books too. Not all new books are fun, and some old books are interesting also.
